Momentum at Shady Grove

Momentum at Shady Grove drew from the neighborhood’s
layered history, from postal routes to rail transit. Our design
- Zones Etched Through Travel - translated that story into
interiors of rhythm and movement. Multi-directional wood
grains and etched ceiling details recalled transit lines,
while fireplaces and layered millwork brought warmth to
communal spaces. The result was an environment where
history and contemporary living converged, shaping
spaces of connection.
