Delta Pearl stands along Washington’s historic H Street
Corridor, a site of both past riots and present revitalization.
Partnering with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., our
concept - The Essence of a Divine Rise - embodied the
sorority’s humility, humanity, and heart. “Divine” spoke to
celestial, soulful qualities; “Rise” reflected empowerment,
progress, and forward motion. Regal navy, fiery tangerine,
and gold punctuations formed a layered color story, while
sweeping gestures and silhouettes symbolized upward
growth. The design honored both the neighborhood’s
resilience and the sorority’s historic contributions to
service and empowerment.
