Cherry Blossom Intimates

Cherry Blossom Intimates redefined the prosthesis-fitting
experience for breast cancer survivors of color, who have
historically faced inequities in care. Founded by Dr. Regina
Hampton, a board-certified general surgeon specializing in
breast cancer surgery, this boutique merged clinical need
with cultural affirmation. Our concept - Graceful Rising - drew
inspiration from Washington’s cherry blossoms, symbols of
patience and renewal. Subtle elevation changes in the ceiling
guided survivors toward fitting rooms, representing growth,
progress, and expansiveness. Soft textures, feminine
silhouettes and tones of pink, cream, and white - wrapped
survivors in an environment of care, beauty, and dignity.
